1. Definitions

●     Affiliate: An individual or business approved by Whosewood Limited (the “Company”) to promote its range of hair styling and haircare electrical products under the Program.

●     Program: The Whosewood Club VIP Affiliate Program constituted by these Terms, referred to elsewhere in this document as the “Affiliate Programme” or “Affiliate Scheme”.

●     Referral Link: A unique tracking URL via QR code assigned to each Affiliate.

●     Qualifying Sale: A purchase made by a referred customer that meets Program criteria.

●     Commission: The reward earned for a Qualifying Sale.

●     Tiered Commission: Different commission rates based on performance levels.

●      Sub-Affiliate: An Affiliate recruited by another Affiliate under the Program.

●     Multi-Tier Commission: Commission earned not only from direct referrals but also from sales made by sub-affiliates. e.g. sales made by Educators to Stylists that then in turn make sales themselves to members of the general public via the scheme.

●     Stylist / Salon: where Commission is expressed as shared between a “Stylist” and a “Salon”, “Stylist” means the individual Affiliate providing hairdressing or styling services and “Salon” means the registered business premises through which the Stylist operates. Each must be registered correctly to receive their respective share of Commission.
